| Scallop Fronts: |
The size you choose will determine the scallop wave across
the front hairline. This will make it an uneven edge. DO NOT undervent
scallop fronts. |
| Underventing: |
What is underventing? Simply put, the factory will tie hair
to the underside of the outer edge of the base so the hair will
come out around the edge of the base helping to conceal it. Do
not order underventing on scallop fronts. Also lace front or lace
units cannot be undervented.
Underventing Density: Light is one to two rows of hair, medium is the most popular
and it is two to three rows of hair, and Heavy is three or more rows of hair. |
| Type of Hair: |
We offer four different types of hair for you to choose from.
They are as follows:
- Regular Indian human hair is known as multi-directional
hair, which means the cuticle of some of the hair may
be laying in the wrong direction. (Some of the hair is upside
down). This hair is included in the base price of the Custom
Hair System. (This makes it $495.00).
- Remi Indian human hair is known as single-directional hair
which means all of the cuticles are laying in the same direction.
This makes the hair look and feel softer & shinier, and
it is more tangle-free than the regular Indian Hair. (This
hair is an additional $125.00 making your system $620.00).
- Russian European human hair is 100% virgin which means it
has NEVER had a chemical treatment or process. It is true Caucasian
human hair from Russia. This hair is by far the most luxurious,
and tangle-free hair on the market today! This hair is extremely
hard to come by. Guaranteed to be the softest, silkiest, most
beautiful hair you have ever seen or felt. Once you try it
you'll never go back, and we can offer this hair to you at
a price you have never seen before for this quality. (Only
an additional $625.00! Making your system just $1,120.00).
- Synthetic hair is what you find on many stock wigs. It is
fibers made from Kanekalon and Toupelon. It cannot be permed
or colored. Synthetic hair is usually used for gray hair. This
hair is included in the price of the system.
|
| Finished Hair Lenth: |
4 - 6 inches is standard length. If you require longer hair,
please check the line beside "other" and wright in the
hair lenth you will need. Extra charges apply to longer lenths.
Please see "Price list Page" |
| Grey Use: |
We recommend using synthetic hair. If you ever have to color
your hair system, then you will lose any grey you had if you use
Yak hair. This is because Yak hair is organic and reacts to color
the same way human hair does. Synthetic hair will not accept any
hair color. Yak hair is ideal if the majority of your hair system
is grey because Yak hair looks and feels more like human hair.
Curly Baby Hair in Front: If you would normally have those curly baby hairs around
your hair line you may want to consider having them put on your system. It can
make the hair line look more natural, especially with curly hair. The ideal curl
size is 6mm, but you can decide for yourself the size you prefer and write it
on the line in parenthesis next to 'mm'. |
| Crown: |
Determine first where your natural crown is. This is the point
where the hair starts to 'whorl' around the head. If you wear
a part, you may want the crown to be on the same side as the part. |
| Part Appearance: |
If you ALWAYS part your hair to one side mark that in this
section. The difference between a definite part and a diffused
part is how 'definite' you want the part to be. Obviously a diffused
part will not have a definite line. It's also a good idea to mark
exactly where you want your part to be and the direction you want
the hair to go on your tape template if one is provided. If you
like to change your part or don't wear one, mark freestyle in
this section. You can still mark the direction you want the hair
to go on your template.
Density: The average head of human hair is considered 100% density. Keep that
in mind when choosing a density for your system. You may choose a different density
for each area of the head, or the same for all over. We strongly recommend not
going over 90% density on lace because it is more fragile and may buckle with
too much hair. Remember, the hair systems can be thinned out if they are too
dense and they will naturally shed some hair over time. |
| Wave & Curls: |
Below you will find a chart showing you the different sizes
of waves and curls available. We do not recommend a tight curl
on blonde or extremely long hair unless the hair is synthetic.
Long hair does not always hold an even curl, and blonde hair
could be overprocessed with a curl. Afro curly hair is only guarateed
on synthetic hair. Human hair may curl unevenly and we cannot
guarantee it.

|
| Tape Bonding Area: |
You may pick whichever material you would like to have used
for the tape/bonding area of your system. P.U. Coat is pinkish
in color and thicker than Clear Poly Skin, which is the most popular
because it is clear in color and thinner, so it is less detectable.
P.U.Coat is ideal for use with cloth tapes, and on the back and
sides of your hair system. Ribbon is just ribbon. It is most commonly
used on full head wigs or attaching clips to. DO NOT put ribbon
where you will be bonding. |
| Color Samples: |
If your hair is to be the same color all over, we only need
one color sample for your system. If you have different colors
(for instance more gray at the temples and less in back) please
send us samples of each area of your head and mark which area
each sample goes to. Please include the percentage of gray for
each section of the head or just an overall percentage for all
areas. Also if you have highlights, please specify if you would
like them to be evenly blended in, or a chunky and more noticeable
pattern like a checkerboard. |
| Draw Base Design: |
Please draw a sample of your base design. This is a sample
drawing of what your base should look like when it is finished.
Please include any special requests such as lace fronts, perimeter
materials, and placement of clips |
| Special Instructions: |
This area is for special requests you may have, but please
write small and legibly. If you are not sending a template, please
write your measurements in this area. |
